In addition to psychotherapy, I am an AFMC-certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Homeopathic Consultant, allowing for a whole-person approach to healing.
I offer EMDR, which is helpful for anxiety, grief, abuse, fear, assault, disturbing memories, performance anxiety, and PTSD. I use psychodynamic therapy to explore deeper emotional patterns, and Thought Field Therapy (similar to tapping) to address anxiety, trauma, depression, and phobias.
