I apply a number of theories and modes of treatment in my practice to best suit individual needs.
My background as a school counselor and educator has provided me with the opportunity to successfully work with families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. I am also trained in mindfulness, which teaches how to be more fully present. Research supports, this offers more insight and clarity in one's life. I have 14 years of working as a clinician.
