My practice is called Moon View Therapy and I work with individuals, couples and families in New York and New Jersey. My expertise is in working with those experiencing relationship transitions, feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as those exploring life purpose and meaning.
I use a somatic-informed and relational approach. In action, this means I primarily focus on the here-and-now utilizing mindfulness, principles of attachment, Internal Family Systems, and other somatic techniques. Together, this engages parts of the mind/body/brain in need of attention while allowing the tired and overworked parts to take a back seat.
