I provide strengths-based, client-focused, and trauma-informed treatment. My main treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), and motivational interviewing (MI).
My areas of specialization include women’s mental health including perinatal mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem, and substance use/dependence. I have additional training and experience with individuals struggling with chemical dependency and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
