I am an LCSW-C with a social work degree from New York University (NYU). I practice as a strength-based clinician, specializing in the areas of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addiction. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) to help clients understand their internal processes more effectively.
