In over 30 years, I have had the privilege of helping clients recognize their own strengths and walk beside them through hard things. I am committed to helping you remove or work through barriers that are preventing you from living your most authentic life. I utilize a strengths based and collaborative approach to problem solving for ages 18+. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and highly experienced with Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. I am Advanced Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My office is set up for comfort and can accommodate your sensory needs.
My practice focuses on individuals ages 18+ who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, executive dysfunction, and life transitions. I am especially interested in working with late diagnosed Autistic adults in various stages of life transitions. Ask me about Accelerated Resolution Therapy for processing trauma quickly.
