I am a Clinical Social Worker with over twenty-five years of experience in the field of mental health treatment. I enjoy helping people through using evidence-based therapists to achieve their mental health goals. While collaborating with me, you can expect to learn how to identify negative beliefs and thought patterns that hold you back from living the life you deserve. If you are struggling in your relationships, you can learn healthy coping skills as well as how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries which are foundational to any good relationship.
When collaborating, understanding motivations and expectations is crucial for choosing the right clinical direction. Sometimes that path can challenge the letting go of old habits and unproductive thinking and ways of being. Letting go allows new coping skills, healthier habits, and better ways of being to emerge.
I provide personal telehealth services to patients living in Arkansas. I often use laughter in sessions to encourage patients to relax. Although the subject matter can be serious at times, it is important to appreciate joy when you can find it.
