I help driven, faith-rooted adults who feel like they are holding everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside by integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused work, and faith-based counseling in sessions that are direct, prepared, and built around your actual goals.
I offer online sessions Monday through Thursday, 9am–5pm. You can submit a request through Psychology Today, and someone from my office will reach out within 24 hours.
