As a professional counselor, trained in spiritual counseling, I have 12 years of experience offering services as a mental health professional to those who are seeking to apply mental health, psychological, or human development principles. My ideal clients are those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and lack of self-esteem, as well as those transitioning through or contemplating major life changes.
Helping others to navigate through life’s complexities is my purpose, as well as my passion. I work with individuals to overcome obstacles and personal challenges. My training in spiritual/biblical counseling is an asset for helping one to see that their issues are manageable.
