I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and chronic illness, using EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, ACT, and nervous-system regulation. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. Together, we will process painful experiences, change patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
