Hello... I am Elaine Quattro, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I see myself as a change agent helping clients by empowering them to explore their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
I work with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are assisting men and women to find their true strengths and identify what might be stealing their joy. I use proven techniques to help improve communication in all types of relationships and use the power of cognitive beliefs to help with depression and anxiety.
My style is to create rapport by asking questions in a non-threatening manner so I can help client to clarify what might be stealing his/her joy in life. I explain in advance what will happen in the session. When it ends, I ask client their comfort level in continuing therapy or if they want to think about it and let me know. No pressure tactics.
