Behind the Couch: Therapy Approaches
This is a guided educational experience for individuals who are curious about counseling or considering starting therapy. In a supportive and low-pressure environment, participants will learn about a range of approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and more. Each session focuses on explaining how these methods work, what they typically address, and what you might expect if you were to engage in that type of therapy.

Young Adult Men’s Process Group
Many men who appear to “have it together” internally feel anxious, disconnected, unfulfilled, emotionally isolated, or deeply uncertain about who they are beyond these expectations. This psychotherapy group is designed for young adult men who are exploring identity, self-worth, emotional fulfillment, relationships, and the pressures associated with masculinity and achievement. Together, we will examine the spoken and unspoken messages society communicates about manhood — and the ways these messages can both shape and limit emotional wellbeing, connection, vulnerability, and self-understanding. This group offers a supportive space to explore these experiences honestly and without judgment.
