About
I help people find their inner strengths, which may be difficult to recognize during times of stress, anxiety, depression or trauma. I offer a holistic, experiential approach to therapy that includes talk, creative expression and body-mind awareness. You can expect our work together to be collaborative and relational. With a warm, grounded and compassionate presence I offer you support to challenge old patterns and create a fulfilling life.
Experiential therapy allows you to practice change in the present moment. Self-expression and exploration through art-making, body-awareness, movement and sand tray therapy can help you find flow where you have felt stuck. Call for a free 15 minute consultation to learn more.
A unique focus in my practice is adults who have a sibling(s) with special needs. I provide a safe space in which to explore the many ways this experience may impact one's life, work and relationships. I also specialize in working with highly sensitive people.
