Hi, I’m Elaine! I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, couples, and military families navigating life’s ups and downs. Many of my clients come to me struggling with relationship challenges, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression—feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to create the changes you want in your life. I have a special place in my heart for military members, veterans, and their families, and I understand the unique challenges that come with military life, transitions, and reintegration.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from different Therapy modalities, like CBT to help you understand patterns, build resilience, and strengthen your relationships—with yourself and others. Together, we’ll focus on creating practical tools and deeper emotional insight so you can move toward greater balance.
