With care and compassion, I provide support by helping you to understand and process deep emotions, explore past intergenerational patterns, increase hopefulness, and create change through small managable steps. Therapy is taken at your pace and based on your level of comfort and strengths you already have. I sincerely love my job and it's exciting for me to witness clients reach their goals.
For the past 4 years I’ve supported individuals, adolescents, couples, and families as they navigate a wide range of experiences including intense and high stress situations. I use Gottman Therapy for Couples (Gottman Couple's Therapy with Level 2 Training), am an ADHD Certified Clinical Support Provider, and am Trauma Informed.
Starting with a therapist can feel overwhelming but it doesn’t need to be complicated.
