I get it! Life is hard and full of transitions. Some transitions are easy and leave you feeling good about yourself and the world. Others, become a series of complex challenges that often turn your life inside out. You start to feel lost and alone as you attempt to navigate the physical, emotional, mental and maybe even spiritual pressures of life. These transitions don’t have to be disastrous. Counseling sometimes presents an opportunity to view things from a different angle. Sometimes it’s all you need to return to normal or to find a “new normal.”
I have helped individuals and couples overcome a variety of concerns, such as trauma, abuse, self-esteem issues, marital issues and relationships concerns, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I use complementary methodologies and strategies to offer a personalized plan, specific to your needs, and will work with you to accomplish your desired goals.
My goal is to “be there” to provide support and help you find the strength to overcome your struggles. Nothing gives me more pleasure than seeing you transition to a healthier, stronger, and better you. Remember, you are not alone; you have me.
