I have worked with many indiividuals and couples, and what separates those who benefit from therapy are the people motivated and courageous enought to peek into their blind spots, and as well as committed to learning from sometimes painful trial and error experiences of being human. I feel honored to lead people through this powerful process.
I am a Certified Gottman Marital Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor for 25 years in a variety of settings. I'm an analytical realist as well as unpretentious and empathetic, often reminding couples we are "observing" rather than "judging" as I've seen too many individuals and couples self-sabotage their own happiness due to "Stinkin' Thinkin'.
As a Certified Gottman Therapist I offer a very structured and transparent couples counseling experience. Sessions are 90 minutes giving us time to fully examine and process specific grid-locked issues and regrettable incidents, and to reduce the experience of criticism, defensiveness, stonewalling and contempt which can derail couples at home.
