I work with adolescent and adult clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, familial issues, ADHD, eating disorders, and suicidality. The clients I work with primarily want a therapeutic approach that consists of evidence-based modalities mixed with empathy, compassion, nonjudgmental stance, and authenticity. Whether their goal is to have a space to process and work through clinical issues, vent, find ways to cope with and navigate life stressors, or have someone to talk to, I do my best to meet my clients where they're at!

I specialize in trauma-focused, insight-based therapy and am fully trained in EMDR, with experience in ACT, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. I also provide culturally responsive care, particularly for Asian American and diverse communities. My therapy dog, Mila, joins sessions to offer comfort and support.

Coming to therapy can be extremely difficult and daunting, especially if it's your first time. I am out-of-network for all insurances and am only accepting private pay at this time. I can provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. I do try to make therapy affordable by engaging in a sliding scale fee for a limited number of clients on my caseload.
