In working with individuals, I employ a strengths-based approach. I build a trusting therapeutic relationship and customize therapy to your personal needs with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in a collaborative manner.
I work with adults and couples. I have experience in working with monogamous couples, couples who practice ethical non-monogamy, and polyamorous couples. My current availability is Monday-Wednesday between the hours of 9:30am-4pm, Thursday evenings from 4-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm via telehealth only.
