Our night dreams are portals to the past, the future, the body and the next world. They contain immense wisdom and guidance. I see myself as a guide/midwife who will support you to follow an inner spiritual and psychological path which will help you and the way you see the world.
I use life experience, Jungian oriented therapy, cognitive therapy and dream work to assist you on a process of self discovery. My goal is to accompany you and shine a light on areas you have been unable to see. I work individually, predominantly with women and I offer an ongoing 'Introduction to Dreams' group.
