Hello! I am a warm, supportive, nonjudgemental therapist that helps people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I also specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, individuals with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, and caregivers. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and it is through this connection that we are better able to understand our challenges and areas for growth.
I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and enjoy working with individuals struggling with the effects of PTSD.
