I have been working as a Psychologist, individually and in groups, with children and adults, for many years. I am currently seeing only adults in my practice. My focus is geared to helping people to bring their strengths into their present lives. To move forward through anxiety, depression and/or trauma, I believe that one needs to use the past only to understand the present, but to not live in the past.
Anxiety, depression and trauma are my areas of expertise. Struggling with relationships, family issues, work difficulties and life in general can interfere with our growth. I believe that growth continues throughout the life span.
