I also enjoy helping clients transmute their anxiety and release old family patterns that are no longer serving them. Ultimately, I offer therapy for a wide range of concerns. My therapeutic orientation is toward depth and transpersonal psychology. I want nothing more than to help you discover and value the truth about yourself. To that end, I may invite you to try visualization and guided imagery, dreamwork, or Family Constellation work during the course of our time together.
Sessions will be tailored to your needs so that you may explore your inner self with confidence, be authentic and open. I offer an environment where you can truly be seen; I promise empathy and presence. I recognize that you wish to be loved, hope to belong, be understood, and search for value in your life. My attitude is warm, positive, and nonjudgmental.
I invite you to bring your interest in complementary modalities such as holistic medicine, body work, energy work, intuitive practices, mystical pursuits, and other tools for self-discovery. I facilitate monthly public family constellation workshops on Saturdays (in-person) in Bellingham, Washington. Family constellation work recognizes that long standing family patterns provide a context for working with current difficulties. Constellations reveal the origins of these patterns, illuminate the scripts that have functioned across generations, the invisible bonds, and the hidden loyalties in our families. They reestablish hierarchy, balance giving and receiving, and free us from identification. They offer us a more true and loving version of our story and reconnect us to our ancestral resources. Family Constellation Learning Circle

Learning Circle is a series of 5 weekend gatherings over the course 5 months, June-October 2025. Students attend the Saturday workshop (which is open to the greater community) and Sunday Learning Circle (which is a cohort-style group limited to 10 students) during which there will be a check-in, two constellations (each student will set 1 over the course of the 5 weekends), and a debrief of all of the weekend's constellations.
