I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and achieve their goals. I have an integrated counseling approach, based primarily in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with couples and family counseling influenced by team research. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NBCC), with a Ph.D. in Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology. As I work with individuals, couples and families, I most enjoy helping clients find life balance, improve relational dynamics, and feel strengthened in pursuing their individual and family goals.

With a focus on internal and relational dynamics, clients are supported in sharing openly, finding clarity in their needs and goals, and then working together in a iterative process to establish practical and successful steps forward. I look forward to work with you.
