I offer support through these transitions working with the mind, body, and spirit. I have a holistic approach I believing in the importance of all aspects of a person for whole health and healing.
I work with individuals and couples with divorce, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, addiction and chronic illness. Particularly, I work with clients to achieve their whole body goals for wellness. I can also do this holistically following the Medical Medium protocols for nutrition and chronic illness.
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist using different modalities for healing including EMDR (certified), IFS, Family Constellation and Experiential. I am here to assist in meeting your goals of wellness.
