As a psychologist in practice over 25 years, I utilize both my experience and my training to create an individualized plan for you to help you challenge stuck points in your life and to develop more meaningful relationships. I am trained in EMDR, relationship therapy, and cognitive therapies.
I have experience with a wide range of presenting issues having worked in university counseling centers, a mental health center, and,I continue consulting at the Renfrew Center. I draw on my experience in these varied settings to help the patients in my private practice. I accept several insurance plans.
