My name is Elaina Schuh and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I graduated from UW-Stout in 2020 and was plunged head first into therapy during the pandemic. This intense start has allowed me to be more empathetic and passionate about serving clients and meeting their needs.
I speacialize in working with adult individuals and couples who strive to better themselves, understand their unique qualities and are looking to create new paths in their journey of self-love and adventure. I work hard to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, heard and understood.
I help clients by using a person-centered focus to customize therapy to individual needs. I specialize in couples work, relationship dynamics as well as women's health, fertility/infertility needs, grief and loss and all life changes. I also have experience working with anxiety, mindfulness and can incorporate spirituality needs if requested.
I am passionate about this work because therapy starts with creating a relationship that includes vulnerability and openness. I encourage you to be yourself when walking through the door and looking for support in this journey of self-discovery.
