My journey in the mental health field began over 12 years ago, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. I specialize in trauma work and understand how past experiences can quietly shape your thoughts, relationships, self-worth, and sense of safety. I specialize in trauma, domestic violence, and attachment work. I help survivors of abusive relationships, childhood trauma, and other painful experiences rebuild safety, confidence, and emotional stability. I am a trans-affirming LGBTQIA+ ally and provide a supportive space to explore identity, navigate transition, and feel fully seen and respected.
