My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and encouraged.
