I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree from Northwestern University. I’m currently completing the supervision phase of certification in
Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and have advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Safe and Sound Protocol.
