Hi! My name is Elaina and I enjoy helping people who struggle with difficult feelings such as anxiety and depression, sexuality and gender identity issues, as well as substance use and addiction. Whether it's a lifelong battle with addiction, a recent life change, or struggles with anxiety or depression, life has a way of sending us something we may need a little help learning to overcome.
I utilize a combination of mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and a person centered approach to encourage growth and positive progress in all of my clients. We will work together at a pace that feels most comfortable for you.
I strive to be someone that you can feel safe and comfortable opening up to about the things you may not be able to talk about with others in your life. I believe that true healing begins with a desire to change and continues with a commitment to that change.
