My name is Elaina, and as a bicultural therapist, my own lived experiences shape how I sit with others. I tend to work with people carrying complex and childhood trauma, often layered with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or depression. Many of my clients are the ones who feel deeply, think deeply, and are tired of being told they’re “too much.”
I serve both individuals and couples, especially those navigating relationship struggles, grief, affairs, and identity shifts. I also have a heart for military families, veterans, LGBTQ+ folks, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds who know that healing doesn’t look the same for everyone.
I integrate CBT, brainspotting, mindfulness, and experiential therapy, along with relational and body-based practices, because trauma lives not only in our thoughts but also in our bodies and relationships. I bring empathy and steadiness while also being direct — warm and human, but willing to challenge you when it supports growth.
