My style is warm, genuine and open. Together we will take the time to listen to your inner and outer experience in order to better understand and attend to your unspoken needs, injuries, fears, and uncertainties. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, relationship breakup, career and workplace issues, life transitions, abandonment, co-dependency, and loss and grief.
I blend Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic and Attachment frameworks to more gradually and deeply attend to past/present relationship issues, wounds, and forms of trauma you might have experienced. Over time, useful changes in how you perceive yourself, others, and yourself with others often occurs, in both personal and professional environments.
I hope my breadth of professional experience can offer us some initial common ground to begin to work together. This includes well over a decade as a therapist, 9 years as a credentialed life/career coach, 8 years as a technology leader (Microsoft, etc.), several years as an engineer, and 6 years in biomedical research.
