You may constantly feel worried, think of “what ifs”, or worst case scenarios, and that’s when the spiraling cycle begins. You never feel content, as if you took the wrong train in life. It is almost impossible to explain to people that you are in a constant state of despair so you keep it to yourself because it is safer but also very lonely. I help people to feel a little bit less crazy about their lives.
I am empathetic, down to earth, sometimes funny but also direct. If you are okay with getting honest feedback, then we can be a good fit. I know that working on yourself or your relationships can be extremely hard or like a nightmare really, so I will try my best to make it as comfortable as possible for you. There are no problems that can not be solved!
