My approach to therapy is rooted in an anti-oppression and liberation psychology framework. As your therapist I believe that you are the expert on your own lived experiences, and my role is to walk with you in solidarity and collaboration through your healing journey. I work from a systemic lens and enjoy integrating different modalities into our work together, including Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and other relationship configurations. I am passionate about working with the transgender and queer communities. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and kink, sex, and body positive.
Personally I am queer, trans/nonbinary and White. My training includes a Masters in Couples and Family Therapy from Antioch University Seattle and a certificate in Trauma Counseling.
