My therapeutic approach involves CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy and IFS. We often need support and space to make sense of ourselves, our patterns of behavior, our relationships, and our past experiences. Ultimately, we must determine the meanings we apply to it all, and uncover the story we tell ourselves - about ourselves, about our lives and who we are.
