Everyone struggles from time to time with challenges in life and sometimes they're hard for us to overcome alone. These challenges can include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and trauma. All of these challenges can have a direct impact on our daily lives. I have a strong background in working with children, adolescents, adults and families that face various challenges including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have utilized CBT, TFCBT, and brief solution focused approaches to help clients with their struggles to attain motivation, healing, balance, better communication and peace.
I understand the feelings of uncertainty and how hard this might be for you. My philosophy in working with clients is to "meet them where they're at". I utilize active listening, empathy and compassion in my approach to helping clients identify their challenges, set goals, and implement them.
