I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing care to adults coping with both straightforward and complex mental health issues. I work from a strengths-based perspective, grounded in the belief that each of us possesses the skills and abilities needed to understand and untangle problematic thinking and behaviors.

In my practice, I help clients confront a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, as well as family conflict, parenting problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship problems, and grief. I also work with clients navigating stressful life transitions and life crises, such as divorce, new parenthood.
