Parenting can be challenging, and it's not always intuitive to know what to do to help your child when they are struggling. My approach is relationship and strength-based, and informed by my knowledge of child development, attachment theory and positive parenting techniques. I am trained as a Play Therapist and my approach integrates adult-led and child-led methods depending on the unique needs of each child.
