Today's life can be chaotic. We have all become overwhelmed, confused and unsure about how to handle situations in life, whether they be responsibilities, schedules, family, work, personal time, that are all vying for our attention. How we respond to current situations may be influenced by how we were viewed by other people in our life. We may have incorporated their views about us without realizing those views weren't our own. Yet, we have behaved or reacted to situations as if those views were our own.

It might be prudent to explore the underlying assumptions that we hold about ourselves, and how those views have influenced our self-esteem and self-confidence. My approach is to help you help yourself, through questions, examination, gentle guidance, and mindful exercises and homework.

By empowering us to redefine ourselves, get validation internally, rather than from others, we begin to believe and trust in ourselves and our instincts, and eliminate the past methods that have often been the bases of our inability to understand, cope with, or move through life.
