My clinical approach is built on an evidence-based framework, shaped by years of designing and leading structured treatment programs focused on treating emotional and behavioral health needs.
I bring over 30 yrs of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults through life transitions, mental health struggles, family/spousal distress, and parent-child conflict. I utilize outdoor and in home sessions in addition to your telehealth sessions when it supports your needs and goals.
Though telehealth has become more common, the art of developing connection, safety, and deeper process for self-awareness requires something unique and intrinsic as a provider.
