As a psychologist I have extensive experience in providing both brief counseling, long term in depth psychotherapy as well as marriage and relationship counseling. I know what anxiety and depression feel like. I know how difficult relationships can be. I know the pain you feel when you have been betrayed, especially when there has been an affair. Although I am trained in insight oriented psychotherapy, and EMDR I use an eclectic approach tailored to whom I see including a cognitive or transpersonal approach. Throughout my 30+ years I have been very attuned to a mind/body/spirit approach which significantly impacts an individual's health. I also work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Because of my international background and in working with different cultures I welcome working with people from different cultures and ethnic, religious and racial backgrounds or sexual orientations. I also teach one how to let go of one's anger and emotional pain through the work of forgiveness.

Groups
Finding Forgiveness
This is a two weekend workshop to help people heal from their emotional pain through the work of forgiveness. The program provides a safe space to the participants giving them the opportunity to tell their stories, transform their narratives, and begin a healing process. Participants will learn how to work with their difficult emotions and see their situation from a different perspective, which can give them additional insights on what has occurred. They will learn tools which supports the process of forgiveness, gain a deeper understand of what forgiveness is about and how it helps the healing of trauma.
