I work with individuals from all walks of life who are experiencing the heart breaking effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or addiction of any kind. The unrelenting emotional pain and suffering of a debilitating mental health issue can alter your life. It can keep you from achieving your goals and desires. I hope to be able to help you identify, process, and grow through your difficulties to begin to live a full and happy life, regardless of your circumstances. It can be done! I am a licensed / master's level clinical psychotherapist, educated in many modalities. I apply my knowledge as needed to each specific situation; no two people are alike. Additionally, I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a certified trauma professional (CCTP), and have over 40 years experience in the addiction / recovery field.
I chose this profession because I came to realize this is my passion and life's purpose. I can offer you sincerity, empathy, and a safe, non-judgemental space to be able to explore your thoughts and feelings. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach and individualize each session; every person, regardless of lifestyle, deserves respect and caring.
