First, I'll assist you to help me understand your strengths, experiences, relationships, challenges, and goals. Then, within a mutually respectful relationship, we'll discern barriers that have developed and whether you'd like to resolve these so you can live the live you want and deserve. I integrate evidence based therapeutic interventions to meet your unique needs, including psychodynamic, EMDR, IFS parts work, cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, motivational, DBT skills, relapse prevention, and other approaches.
As an experienced, EMDRIA-Accredited Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, I provide the highest quality EMDR therapy to help resolve your symptoms at the roots.
