I specialize in anxiety, trauma, loss, mood, cancer, infertility, identity, and depression in adults. I have expertise in engaging adolescents, transitioning young adults to college life, and treating young children in play therapy. I believe in the power of working with families, groups, and couples together, and how this powerful form of therapy effects change.
I have a very strong background in psychological assessment and evaluation, parent support, and school-based consultation. I have extensive experience using relational and CBT strategies for individuals of all ages diagnosed on the autism spectrum, as well as for neurological conditions that affect mood, communicating, organization, attention, and relating.
