Be it the effects of trauma, loss, addiction or depression or anxiety that are interfering with achieving her/his goals, my clients gain new insights, behavior, thinking accomplish goals and lead happier lives through the understanding, empathy, compassionate confrontation and education that I provide. I have been practicing for 30+ years and am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques including insight oriented therapy, CBT, EMDR, systems theory, dynamic psychotherapy.
