I’m a Latina LMFT in New York, passionate about empowering my clients to overcome life’s challenges by tapping into their strengths. I also use a range of therapeutic interventions from various therapy models such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). However, these interventions are personalized to my client's unique goals.
I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives and my role is to walk beside them in their journey to facilitate change.
