I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working in a PROS program where I supported individuals living with serious mental illness and complex trauma. I’ve worked with clients facing challenges such as depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, overwhelming thoughts, difficulty managing emotions, social withdrawal, and more.
I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.
