Welcome! I’m a first-gen, biracial psychotherapist of Indigenous Chamorro/Pacific Islander and Mexican heritage, with roots in Anaheim, California. I’m passionate about creating therapy spaces that feel safe, affirming, and genuinely human. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Cal State East Bay and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
My work is grounded in cultural empathy, ancestral and intergenerational healing, and a decolonized lens. I believe healing happens when we honor where you come from and where you’re going—and I’m committed to showing up as a true ally to human rights.
I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, complex trauma, low self-esteem, and attachment wounds. Because no two nervous systems are the same, I take an integrative approach—blending EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP, ACT, CBT, DBT, somatic processing, parts work, EFT tapping, and more!
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I care deeply about creating a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and feel supported without judgment. Sessions might include humor, music, art, gentle movement, and somatic practices—because healing doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical.
