Twists and turns of life can be unexpected. Are you going through a challenging time right now and thinking “there is gotta be a better way”? You may be dealing with unwanted emotions, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, trauma, self-esteem or relational challenges. Regardless of where you are in your process, I am passionate about meeting you where you are in the moment and most importantly: “you are not alone and you don’t need to go through this on your own”. Through finding what works best for you, my approach is moment to moment, person centered and non-judgmental.
I will be guiding you to access your own wisdom by providing safety where you can embrace the parts of yourself that you might have kept hidden and develop a sense of acceptance and self-compassion. Through creating a multi-dimensional relational framework, suffering can be alleviated and the hidden gifts can be revealed.
I have an integrative approach and use mindfulness-based modalities such as Gestalt, IFS (internal family systems) informed parts work, EMDR, CBT, DBT and PACT for couples, all of which have been proven to be effective. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, overcoming limiting self-beliefs, and aligning your life with your true desires.
